Another Christmas has come and gone. This year was a bit more low key than usual, but I enjoyed it immensely. There's something just really relaxing about hanging out with friends and not stressing. I guess it's the contrast between finals and home life!

Anyways, my mother and I almost went crazy trying to make these butterscotch sticky buns. It took four times before we got them right, but when she got them right...they were amazing!

So, I'm posting the fruits of our labors:

1 package of frozen Bridgeford Roll Dough, thawed
1 package of the Jello butterscotch pudding mix, the powdery kind, not instant! (that's really important!)
1 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 of a cup of melted butter
1 bundt pan (this is needed because of the hole in the middle)

Sprinkle half a cup of brown sugar on the bottom of the bundt pan.
In another small bowl combine the butterscotch puddin g mix, other 1/2 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip each thawed roll in melted butter then roll in the butterscotch mix. Arrange rolls on top of the brown sugar in the bundt pan. (the bundt pan should be filled about 1/2 ish...this isn't so important. just use the entire bag.) Let rise until almost doubled in size, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. (note: this is more subjective, so keep an eye on the rolls)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. (once again, this is subjective and depends on the oven, so if it's starting to burn, then take it out!)
Immediately turn over and out of pan onto a large plate to cool. You may want to take a spoon or knife and spread the brown sugar around a little more.
Serve while hot!

Anyways, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
